Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, order preparation, and dispatch of goods. The Warehouse Manager also supervises staff and ensures workplace safety and proper warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with drivers, suppliers, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Implement procedures to improve efficiency and minimize losses or damages.
• Handle and resolve warehouse-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related position.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Computer literate; knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed.

Pay: Php211.47 - Php599.79 per month
