Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for space management, inventory aging, budget control, team development, and ensuring full compliance with international standards (ISO, FSC, PEFC). You will also drive operational excellence through digital tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Space Management:

  • Manage and optimize warehouse storage capacity to effectively support production schedules and delivery plans.

• Inventory Control & Quality:

  • Enforce strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory control practices.
  • Manage and minimize slow-moving, long-aging inventory.

• Budget & Procurement:

  • Control department operational expenses within the approved budget.
  • Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate supplier delivery schedules for internal consumables.

• Standards & Compliance:

  • Ensure operational alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, FSC CoC, and PEFC CoC standards, as well as company QESH policies.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance across all team operations.

• Maintenance & Digital Integration:

  • Monitor facility and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Leverage IT solutions and digital tools to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency.

• Team Leadership & Development:

  • Track and evaluate department KPIs, implementing corrective actions to meet target goals.
  • Conduct training and capability development to upskill staff, improve efficiency, and prevent property damage.

• Ad-Hoc Duties:

  • Handle additional assignments and projects as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in Warehouse Management or Supervisory roles.
• Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and chain of custody standards (FSC / PEFC).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), WMS, and modern digital warehouse tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, budget management, and strong communication skills.
