Working closely with the Material Director, to lead the transformation of the existing warehouse operations by reorganizing warehouse layouts, improving manpower utilization, implementing warehouse best practices, and establishing standardized processes and procedures. The role is expected to drive operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse efficiency, and ensure consistent warehouse standards across the company's operations.
The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for establishing and managing a systematic spare parts warehouse, implementing robust inventory control systems, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to support production, maintenance, and future business growth.
