Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory management. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns. Process any returns, refunds, and reshipments.
• Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all operational supplies for the entire warehouse and operations office.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and provide reports to senior management
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear managerial communication, team leadership, and ongoing training to foster a motivated workforce.
• Manage Live Streamers Schedules and coverage. Prepare and allocate streamers Live show audience incentives.
• Coordinate logistics activities to optimize distribution center operations, including scheduling shipments and managing shipping & receiving workflows.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a distribution center environment.
• Strong background in warehouse distribution, logistics, inventory control, and materials handling.
• Maintain and Implement company policies, procedures, and team member coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the facility and all materials are disposed of in their respective bins and recycling areas.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like lean management or continuous improvement initiatives, and company policies.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations and materials handling.
• Maintain communications and any requested reports from senior management.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
