Warehouse Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Star Toys India is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination while ensuring efficient and accurate movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and regular stock audits.
• Plan and monitor daily dispatches and coordinate with transport partners for timely deliveries.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory records using ERP/Warehouse Management System and Advanced MS Excel.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse organization.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare inventory, dispatch, and warehouse performance reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, cleanliness, and company procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, toys, gifting, stationery, or distribution businesses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and dispatch planning.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Warehouse Management System and Advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in handling warehouse staff and coordinating with transport vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
