Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Operations Management

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily warehouse operations to meet quality, quantity, and time requirements.
• Ensure accurate receiving, proper storage conditions, and on-time delivery to stores.
• Monitor compliance with customs regulations and company policies.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Develop and implement policies to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing overstocking or stockouts.
• Manage and control warehouse operating expenses, storage costs, and inventory-related spending.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure timely and accurate stock distribution to meet sales demands.

Space & Resource Utilization

• Optimize warehouse space and allocate resources efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Technology & Process Enhancement
• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Introduce process improvements for accuracy, speed, and safety.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a retail, duty-free environment .
• Have knowledge of customs regulations , inventory control, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven track record in cost control, process improvement, and space optimization .
• Good command of Thai and English
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational requirements
