Warehouse Manager

About the role

As the Warehouse Manager at Arvin International Marketing Inc.', you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehouse facility. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the seamless distribution of products and maintenance of inventory levels to support the company's distribution and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and asset tracking
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that all products are handled and stored in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Liaise with other departments, such as production and logistics, to coordinate the flow of materials and information
• Manage and develop the warehouse team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course is required for this position

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience required

• Willing to be assigned to any of our warehouse locations nationwide. Free accommodation will be provided.

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, material handling, and distribution logistics

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other relevant technology

• Experience with SAP WMS warehouse management software is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
