Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic and operational planning for all warehouse functions.
• Manage and control warehouse operations for the Rangsit Plant and the outsourced warehouse facility at Wangnoi.
• Ensure strict inventory accuracy, control, and oversight across facilities.
• Maintain effective overall warehouse cost control while upholding high service level standards.
• Drive competitive bidding processes with clear RFQs for warehouse-related operations and vendor selection.
• Oversee the supply of warehouse data to support cross-functional partners in engineering, supply management, technical requirements, equipment installation/maintenance, safety compliance, and documentation development.
• Identify potential operational risks and critical issues, providing clear and effective resolution strategies.
• Optimize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of material movement and storage with safety as the top priority.
• Perform root cause analysis and execute actionable solutions for all warehouse operation challenges.
• Drive the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic warehouse solutions.
• Analyze industry trends in technology and distribution networks, implementing appropriate enhancements to department operations.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, performance evaluation, productivity enhancements, and constructive management of performance issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, including proven experience in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP) is preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple complex assignments.
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with regional teams and stakeholders.
