Warehouse Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within our 3PL logistics facilities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance while meeting customer SLAs.

Job Responsibilities：

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
• Manage warehouse supervisors and operational staff across multiple shifts.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and cost control.
• Optimize manpower, equipment, and warehouse space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with account management and customers to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead WMS usage, system enhancements, and process automation where applicable.
• Prepare operational reports and support budgeting and cost management activities.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a 3PL / logistics environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, KPIs, and productivity management.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good people management and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities.
• Experience in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
• Language Proficiency**:** English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
• Mandarin proficiency is required as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and superiors from China.
