Warehouse Manager

As a member of the Apollo Electrical Services Inc team, you will perform various tasks to maintain the day-to-day operations of a warehouse while ensuring our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. CDL preferred not required.

Position expectations

• Supporting all aspects of company directives and warehouse team
• Movement of goods in the warehouse to maximize efficiency
• Maintenance of company vehicle fleet
• Movement of company equipment between jobsites
• Collecting stored products to fulfil jobsite orders
• Consolidating/preparing products for delivery to jobsites
• Transporting goods as needed

Desired Skills & Experience Job Specifics

• Receive and unload/unpackage merchandise
• Transport merchandise within the warehouse
• Package merchandise to fulfil jobsite orders
• Log incoming/outgoing inventory as required
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize the stockroom to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency
• Assist in coordination of products entering/leaving warehouse
• Maintain all company standards/procedures
• 5+ years of Warehouse Management required

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of safety & distribution components
• Knowledge of commercial electrical industry
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products
• Excellent communication skills – clear and precise

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in good-standing
• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical
• Proven track record of detailed work
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures & legal regulations/guidelines
• Demonstrated excellent critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel to various work sites; clean driving record
• Must speak/read/write English - Spanish a plus

Preferred

• Inventory experience
• 2 plus years' experience in the electrical industry

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• May require travel.
• Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.

Must be on call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite.
