What You'll Lead

You'll oversee a 70,000-square-foot distribution center with over 25,000 automotive performance parts and a team of approximately 20 associates.

You'll own daily operations across:

• Receiving
• Picking
• Packing
• Shipping
• Returns
• Inventory Accuracy
• Safety
• Facility Standards
• Team Development

Your success isn't measured by how many meetings you attend.

It's measured by how well your team performs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead from the warehouse floor every day.
• Coach, train, and develop your team.
• Create a culture of accountability and execution.
• Remove obstacles that slow productivity.
• Identify problems before they become bigger problems.
• Improve warehouse processes through continuous improvement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and follow-through.
• Work alongside the team whenever business demands it.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse Manager / leadership experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular walking throughout a 70,000 sq. ft. distribution center.
• Lift up to 50 lbs individually.
• Assist with heavier lifts when necessary.

Pay: $58,240.00 - $63,000.00 per year
