Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall finished goods warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, issuing, and delivery.
• Plan warehouse space, manpower, and resources to support daily operations and business growth.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies, losses, and operational errors.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams through coaching, delegation, performance evaluation, and manpower planning.
• Coordinate with customers, handle operational requirements and complaints, and maintain service quality.
• Manage warehouse costs, expenses, and budget-related activities.
• Analyze operational issues and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, environmental, and customer requirements.
• Support and maintain compliance with relevant standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and service providers related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or finished goods distribution in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management or supervisory / management-level responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, and KPI management.
• Experience in people management, coaching, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Good understanding of cost control, budgeting, and operational improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in customer coordination and complaint handling.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse-related systems.
• Able to communicate in English for work.
• Experience in tire, automotive, manufacturing, 3PL, or contract logistics will be an advantage.
