Warehouse Manager

About the Role

10% Cabinetry is a fast-growing cabinet wholesale distributor looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our daily warehouse operations.

We are looking for a strong leader who can take ownership of the warehouse, manage employees

effectively, perform well under pressure, and prepare the operation for continued growth and increasing order volume.

Reliable attendance and consistent availability during scheduled working hours are essential for this position.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, assembly, QC, packing, shipping, and loading.
• Lead, train, schedule, and manage warehouse employees while maintaining productivity and accountability.
• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, priorities, and resources based on order volume and shipping deadlines.
• Work closely with the Order Desk and warehouse team to communicate order priorities, changes, inventory issues, and shipping requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, order accuracy, and on-time fulfillment.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust staffing and workflow to handle increasing order volume.
• Coordinate deliveries, customer pickups, LTL shipments, dedicated trucks, and company truck routes.
• Resolve shipping errors, missing items, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Oversee warehouse equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Step in and assist with warehouse operations when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management, logistics management, distribution management, or similar operations management experience — REQUIRED.
• Proven ability to lead, organize, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Ability to manage a fast-growing, high-volume warehouse operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing employee productivity, accountability, and KPIs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and hands-on.
• Good computer and record-keeping skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred. Swing Reach / Turret Truck and Reach Truck experience is a significant plus.

Cabinetry, building materials, furniture, or similar distribution experience is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

Orders ship on time and accurately, employees are productive and accountable, communication between the Order Desk and warehouse is efficient, and the operation can successfully handle continued increases in order volume.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems, and lead from the floor — not simply supervise from an office.

Pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
