Warehouse Manager

Springer Family Foods is looking for a Warehouse Manager who can keep products moving, inventory organized, and daily warehouse operations running efficiently.

In the food industry, timing and accuracy matter. Products need to be received correctly, stored properly, tracked accurately, and prepared for shipment or production needs without unnecessary delays.

The Warehouse Manager will oversee warehouse activity, support the team, and help ensure products move through the operation smoothly.

What you'll be responsible for

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Coordinate receiving, storage, staging, and shipment activities
• Maintain accurate inventory and product records
• Ensure products are organized and stored appropriately
• Monitor incoming deliveries and resolve shortages or discrepancies
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, sales, and delivery teams
• Help manage warehouse staff and daily assignments
• Support order fulfillment and shipping accuracy
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation processes
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity
• Help ensure team members have the tools and information needed to succeed

What we're looking for

• Experience in warehouse management, distribution, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, food operations, or a related environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily priorities
• Comfortable managing receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory processes
• Ability to solve problems and adjust when priorities change
• Strong communication skills with employees, vendors, and other departments
• Dependable follow-through
• Comfortable using inventory, warehouse, ERP, or business software
• Food industry experience is helpful, but not required

You don't have to come from a food company.

Someone who has managed a warehouse for a food distributor, grocery supplier, manufacturer, wholesale business, or another inventory-driven operation may already have many of the skills needed for this role.

We're looking for someone who understands that a successful warehouse is built on organization, accuracy, teamwork, and making sure the right products are available when they are needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
