Job summary

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and team leadership, with a proven ability to streamline warehouse processes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and the implementation of robust stock management systems.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement through effective training and performance management.
• Coordinate closely with the transport and procurement teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods and optimal route scheduling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations, preferably within the logistics or freight industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proximity to Main Market, Onitsha, Anambra State. No accommodation.
