We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily operations in Depew, NY. Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall efficiency, safety, and productivity of our Depew facility. You will lead a dedicated team, optimize inventory accuracy, and streamline shipping and receiving processes. Crucially, you must possess extensive experience working with industrial fittings and valves, enabling you to quickly identify, organize, and manage our specialized inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, and shipping.
• Maintain strict inventory control and accuracy utilizing our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
• Leverage your technical knowledge of valves (ball, gate, butterfly, check) and fittings (threaded, socket weld, flanged) to oversee accurate order fulfillment and quality control.
• Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage space for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
• Required: Direct, hands-on experience handling industrial pipes, valves, and fittings (PVF).
• Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
