Warehouse Manager

Our client, a logistics company, is seeking for Warehouse Manager.

Job Description:

• Direct and control the overall warehouse operations including cargo arrangement, transportation, stock control, manpower to ensure compliance with requirements.

• Enhance the profitability, productivity and efficiency, positioning the company as customers’ LLP partner through clear action plan and structured processes.

• Develop and execute warehouse management strategies, contributing to business proposal that meet customer needs and deliver well-defined value.

• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports and forecast for management, utilizing various systems and formats.

• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales, customer service, and operations departments to resolve business and daily operations issues.

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma level or above, preferably in logistics or supply chain, or another professional diploma, such as IATA diploma.

• Hands-on experience of 10 years or above in warehouse and cold chain operations.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written Cantonese and English is essential. Mandarin is an advantage.

• Good command of PC applications.

• Strong knowledge on basic management techniques in daily operations, including stock control, fleet management, department assets, staff scheduling, manpower arrangement, training and maintenance of quality KPIs.

• Strong expertise in occupational safety.
