Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an organized and reliable Warehouse & Operations Coordinator for our electrical wholesale business.

Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry and general administrative work
• Process customer orders, sales, and purchase orders
• Manage inventory, stock receiving, and transfers
• Schedule deliveries and customer pickups
• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and organization

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in administration, warehouse operations, inventory, or a similar role
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office systems
• Experience handling customer orders, inventory, receiving, and stock records
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage daily priorities independently
• Experience in electrical wholesale or distribution is preferred
• QuickBooks experience is a strong asset
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Class 5 license
• PR or Work permit holder

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

• Master's Degree (required)

Experience:

• Warehouse management system: 2 years (required)
