Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the fulfillment warehouse, ensuring all warehouse functions are performed efficiently and in an organized manner.
• Supervise receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Schedule and allocate warehouse staff based on order volume and operational needs to improve overall warehouse efficiency.
• Improve order fulfillment timeliness and inventory accuracy while continuously optimizing warehouse workflows and operational procedures.
• Manage warehouse safety and supervise forklift operations to ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze warehouse operational data, identify areas for improvement, and report operational performance to management.
• Coordinate and complete inventory cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure inventory data accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment warehouse operations; experience in an FBT warehouse or similar fulfillment environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Previous team management experience with strong organizational, planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse floor operations; cross-department coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Solid understanding of fulfillment warehouse operations and KPI management.
• Ability to effectively schedule staff and manage daily workforce plans to improve order processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Pay: $7,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
