Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Control inventory through stock audits, cycle counts, and WMS to maintain high accuracy
• Oversee customer service related to order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, lead time) and drive improvements
• Lead cross-functional projects as PMO (process improvement, cost reduction, system implementation)
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholders
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and operational costs (labor, space, equipment)
• Prepare reports and dashboards for performance tracking
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations + process improvement / project management
• Strong knowledge of WMS and warehouse processes
• Experience in customer service or order management is a plus
• Strong analytical skills (Excel / Power BI preferred)
• Good command of English (required)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams

Working day: Mon - Fri
