Warehouse Manager

Job Requirements:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, establish and implement warehouse management systems and SOPs, ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, and comply with EHS requirements. Set up and track warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping on-time rate), organize cycle counts and annual physical inventories, implement FIFO, and ensure physical stock matches system records. Manage warehouse staff scheduling, performance, and training. Optimize warehouse layout and equipment allocation. Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality departments to quickly resolve issues on material supply, shipping coordination, and RTV handling. Proficient in ERP, WMS, and Office. Strong process improvement and cross-departmental communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Industry Background: Must come from a production manufacturing factory (electronics, machinery, metalworking, flexible packaging, etc.). 3PL logistics and distribution centers do not match our needs.
• Management Experience: Must have 3+ years of team management experience (supervising 20+ people) and be able to independently run daily warehouse operations.
• Production Coordination: Must be familiar with production material issuing/returning and factory material flow logic.
• Hands-on Abilities: Must have experience in bin location planning, cycle counting, inventory discrepancy handling, and 5S management.

Plus Factors (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• Work experience in Chinese factories or Chinese language proficiency
• Experience with automated warehouse systems (WMS, etc.)

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
