What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, supply chain operations, and logistics.
- Oversee daily activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to warehousing and logistics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipment tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in 3PL logistics or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and Supply Chain Operations (SCO).
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) software is an added advantage.
