We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at Lords Builders Merchants Beaconsfield . This is a varied role that plays a key part in the smooth running of our operation and supporting both our customers and colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the Fork Lift Truck Drivers, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy and well organised, with strong stock rotation and presentation standards.
• Ensuring daily checks and reporting defects on plant and machinery are carried out.
• Reporting any health & safety concerns promptly.
• Organising local deliveries in a 3.5t vehicle when required.
• Supporting the wider branch team with day-to-day operations, liaising with the Branch Manager and other senior members.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a builders’ merchant environment (preferred).
• Experience in leading a team and warehouse management.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong focus on customer service.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Able to lead a team, driving success.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and awareness of safety procedures.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

• Hours: 7.30am-5pm Mon-Fri
• Holiday: 21 days plus Bank Holidays
