About the role
Supervise daily warehouse operations and allocate manpower.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor order fulfillment, SLA, productivity, inventory accuracy, and outbound performance
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, 5S, and warehouse procedures
- Train and coach warehouse operators and support peak campaign operations
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Experience in team supervision and WMS
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and OT when required
