Warehouse Manager

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, stock in/out control, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of inventory levels and storage utilization
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation, records, and reports for operational and management reference
• Monitor stock movement and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes, SOPs, and basic inventory control practices (e.g. FIFO)
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and internal teams to support smooth inbound and outbound activities
• Supervise warehouse staff, including task assignment, attendance monitoring, and daily work coordination
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment
• Identify operational issues and work with management to improve efficiency and workflow

Job Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or management
• Experience in bonded warehouse operations is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of stock in/out control, storage management, and inventory records
• Comfortable working with manual records or basic systems (training on systems will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking purposes
• Able to lead and coordinate warehouse staff effectively
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to be involved in daily warehouse operations
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and management
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
