Duties

• Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Able to fully handle all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Coordinate logistics activities to optimize distribution center efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
• Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment such as forklifts safely while adhering to OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Manage shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, audits, safety inspections, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and senior management through managerial communication channels to report progress and resolve issues promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution center environment.
• Label Printing and shipping estimates (domestic and international)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management systems, and logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and heavy lifting tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through team leadership skills and managerial communication.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and best practices for materials handling and warehouse operations.
• Prior experience managing shipping & receiving activities along with distribution center is required

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
