Job Description

Ethics Group is hiring Warehouse Managers for our newly launching Pharmaceutical Fulfillment Centers in Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical warehouse operations independently.
• Handle Inward, Storage, Picking, Packing and Outward/Dispatch.
• Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and batch & expiry management.
• Ensure proper FEFO/FIFO and safe storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Manage and monitor warehouse manpower and team performance.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse records, SOPs and operational discipline.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have experience in Pharmaceutical Warehouse / Pharma Distribution / Pharma Fulfillment.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse & Inventory Management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be responsible, dedicated and accountable.
