Warehouse Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, order processing, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor and minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses.
• Ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer/retail orders.
• Manage warehouse manpower and allocate daily tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams for smooth movement of inventory.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports related to inventory, inward/outward, dispatch, and warehouse performance.
• Identify operational issues and implement measures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management/operations.
• Experience in the apparel, fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience working on Unicommerce will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/warehouse reporting.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage warehouse staff and day-to-day operational activities independently.
• Preferred CandidateCandidates with apparel/fashion warehouse experience + hands-on experience with Unicommerce will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
