Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees the efficient management of service parts, replacement units, warranty items, returned products, and other Aftersales inventory. The role ensures accurate inventory, timely issuance of parts, proper storage, and smooth coordination with Service Centers, Technicians, Customer Service, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Aftersales Warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, issuing, and dispatching service parts and replacement units.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts, warranty items, repair components, returned products, and other Aftersales materials.
• Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of all stock movements and transactions.
• Monitor availability of critical service parts and coordinate replenishment requirements with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Ensure timely issuance and delivery of parts requested by Service Centers and Technicians.
• Monitor warranty-related stocks, replacement units, defective items, and returned products.
• Ensure proper segregation, labeling, storage, and documentation of defective, repairable, and usable items.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and excess Aftersales inventory and recommend appropriate action.
• Coordinate with Aftersales, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, and Service Centers regarding parts availability and requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of parts issuance, returns, transfers, and adjustments.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, parts fulfillment, turnaround time, stock availability, and order accuracy.
• Establish efficient warehouse processes to improve parts availability and minimize delays in customer and service requests.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse personnel, including task assignment, attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory controls.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving missing, damaged, incorrect, or delayed parts.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse reports for Aftersales management.
• Support audits, inventory counts, and investigations related to Aftersales stock.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Aftersales management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of warehouse or inventory experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in Aftersales, service parts, repair operations, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
• Knowledge of spare parts, inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock movement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on inventory accuracy.
• Willing to work onsite and oversee warehouse operations based on Aftersales requirements.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
