⭐What we are looking for? ⭐

· Strong background in B2B operations and an understanding of the importance of building long-term relationships through excellent service, rather than simply focusing on individual transactions.

· Understanding of rebranding, including the planning and logistics involved in managing a rebranding process. Ideally, someone who is constantly thinking about how to improve and refine the process.

· A people leader who actively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, organisation and processes.

· Confidence in taking ownership of creating, improving and implementingwarehouse procedures, rather than simply following existing processes.

· Experience managing multiple warehouses and multi-site operations.

· A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify problems, introduce practical solutions and continuously improve warehouse operations.

· Serve as the key link between the Warehouse, Sales and Office teams, ensuring priorities, requirements and deadlines are clearly communicated and effectively coordinated.

· Take responsibility for warehouse Health & Safety, ensuring safe working practices are followed and high standards of organisation, housekeeping and cleanliness are consistently maintained.

· Strong aptitude for warehousemanagementsystems(WMS), particularly for tracking inventory movements and maintaining accurate stock control.
