WAREHOUSE MANAGER

1.      Managing warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.

2.      Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

3.      Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources.

4.      Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement effective solutions.

5.      Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.

6.      Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

7.      Coach, Train and Discipline Warehouse Staff.

8.      Manage and Maintain inventory safety stock level.

9.      Insuring 5S are implemented

10.  Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

11.  Ensuring warehouse stock, structure and Equipment are properly maintain.

12.  Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes.

13.  Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure inventory accuracy.

14.  Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
