Warehouse Manager

We’re Hiring – Warehouse Manager!
Join our team at Gulf Brands International. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and distribution while ensuring efficiency, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations.
• Maintain optimum stock levels across bonded and operational warehouses.
• Ensure efficient warehouse layout, storage, and resource utilization.
• Manage fleet, facilities, health & safety, hygiene, and security operations.
• Monitor stock levels, including critical stock and key account reserves.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and operational statistics for management.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse teams while managing work rotas and performance.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to maintain service quality.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and FEFO/FIFO.
• Experience in facility, asset, and fleet management.
• Strong HSE, compliance, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation is desirable.
