Wholesale Handbags Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse operation.

We operate in a fast-paced environment handling high volumes of luggage, bags and travel products for online marketplaces, retail and wholesale customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock is well controlled, staff are managed effectively and daily warehouse targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily running of the warehouse and dispatch operation.
• Organise and supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily workloads.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor productivity and ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Manage incoming deliveries, containers and stock movements.
• Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse locations are organised.
• Carry out regular stock checks and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with couriers and resolve collection or delivery issues.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy across picking, packing and dispatch.
• Train, support and monitor warehouse employees.
• Manage staff attendance, performance and general warehouse discipline.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Identify ways to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.
• Work closely with management, customer service and other departments.
• Deal with problems quickly and ensure the warehouse continues operating smoothly during busy periods.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Is confident managing a busy warehouse team.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Has strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Is comfortable working to daily targets and deadlines.
• Has good stock-control and inventory-management skills.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Can communicate clearly with staff and management.
• Is reliable, punctual and hands-on.
• Can confidently deal with problems and make decisions.
• Has experience with e-commerce or high-volume order fulfilment — desirable but not essential.
• Has experience dealing with couriers and delivery companies — desirable.

What We Are Looking For

This is a hands-on management position. We need someone who is comfortable being on the warehouse floor, managing the team directly and taking responsibility for the performance of the operation.

The right candidate will be organised, proactive and able to maintain high standards while working in a busy environment.

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
