Warehouse Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, process improvement, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, takes pride in maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse, and can effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely workflow.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately track inventory, shipments, and orders.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying quantities, inspecting products, and completing required documentation.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas while following proper safety procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify orders, product quantities, and inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and identify and report discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and secured to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Follow and maintain warehouse SOPs and established operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable warehouse regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties and operational needs as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, and/or inventory management.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of proper product handling and packaging techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely and efficiently load, unload, move, and handle products.
• Ability to safely lift and handle up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining warehouse SOPs and processes.
