End-to-End Process Flow & Core Responsibilities by Business Unit

A. Heavy Construction & Specialized Glass/Aluminum Facade Operations

·         End-to-End Receiving-to-Site Dispatch Flow: Establish and enforce a strict, multi-step warehouse control flow: Delivery Arrival & Physical Inspection → Material Receiving Report (MRR) Matching against PO/BOQ → Technical QA/QC Verification → Barcode Tagging & Rack Allocation → Approved Material Requisition (MR) Receipt → Site Dispatching/Staging → Site Receiving Sign-off → Scrap/Return Material Logging.

·         Glass & Aluminum Facade Handling & Specialized Storage: Implement strict handling protocols for fragile architectural glass (IGU, PVB laminated, low-E) and aluminum extrusions. Supervise crate storage using specialized A-frame racks, overhead crane operations, padded glass trolleys, and protective film wrapping to prevent scratches, structural sealant contamination, or glass corner chipping.

·         Site Material Staging & Milestone Dispatching: Synchronize dispatch schedules with project site managers and erection teams. Batch materials per elevation, floor, or panel grid line to eliminate site congestion and prevent double-handling.

·         Heavy Tooling, Equipment & Scaffolding Management: Track, inspect, and maintain all specialized equipment (suction lifters, glazier spiders, scaffolding, power tools, safety harnesses) using a digital check-in/check-out registry to prevent equipment loss or unauthorized usage.

B. Furniture Manufacturing, Trading & Property/Leasing Operations

·         Furniture Raw Material & Finished Goods Storage: Manage raw material warehouse inventory (hardwood, veneers, board sheets, upholstery, hardware) aligned with BOM/MRP demands. Oversee finished goods staging, protective packaging, and delivery dispatch for commercial furniture projects.

·         Trading Business Unit Fulfillment: Execute efficient SKU placement (FAST/SLOW moving analysis), container unloading, palletized racking, order picking, and 3PL dispatch for commercial trading products.

·         Property & Leasing Spare Parts & Fit-Out Inventory: Maintain min-max inventory levels for MEP spare parts, HVAC components, lighting fixtures, paint, and maintenance supplies across all commercial/residential leasing properties.

C. Warehouse Governance, Safety & Systems

·         Real-Time ERP & WMS Inventory Control: Ensure 100% real-time posting of material movements in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, NetSuite, Odoo). Perform weekly cyclic counts and full quarterly physical inventory audits across all facilities.

·         Warehouse Layout & Capacity Optimization: Optimize floor space, vertical rack utilization, aisle flow, and safety zones to maximize warehouse throughput and reduce material retrieval time.

·         HSE & Security Enforcement: Maintain strict safety standards (PPE compliance, forklift certification, fire safety, load capacities) and security controls (CCTV oversight, restricted access, night guards) to achieve zero accidents and zero pilferage.
