The Role - Warehouse Manager

We're looking for a hands on Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our Irvine stocking warehouse — inventory, picking, receiving, and dispatch of aerospace fasteners and hardware. This isn't a desk job: you'll be out on the floor, coaching your team, solving problems in real time, and driving the kind of continuous improvement that keeps a fast-moving distribution operation running at aerospace-grade quality standards.

If you've managed a warehouse team before, know your way around a 6S/5S program, and can talk through a real example of getting into the weeds to fix a process — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse operations — receiving, inventory, picking, and dispatch of aerospace hardware
• Build and implement procedures that improve efficiency, productivity, and cost
• Supervise, coach, and develop your warehouse team to hit on-time delivery and quality targets
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and operations
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales to keep material flowing and delivery schedules on track
• Own health, safety, and environmental compliance — including 6S and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) programs
• Maintain quality control in line with ISO/AS9120 standards, working closely with our Quality team
• Track and report warehouse KPIs, cycle counts, and performance metrics to leadership
• Manage schedules, timecards, and day-to-day staff administration

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within a stocking distribution company
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes — ideally in aerospace fasteners and hardware
• Experience with quality systems such as AS9120, AS9100, or ISO 9001
• Proven people leadership — you've hired, trained, and managed a warehouse team, not just supervised a process
• Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment — this role lives on the warehouse floor, not just in reports

Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary ( $85,000–$120,000 , depending on experience) plus performance bonus. [+ health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.]
