Qualifications:

Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering course.

More than seven (7) years of supervisory experience of the same capacity.

MS Office Applications

Experience in Railways

Job Description:

• Ensures effective and efficient warehouse management of the company.
• Ability to build and maintain effective and beneficial working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders by coordinating and communicating professionally on behalf of the company regarding business-related matters and issues based on the standards of the company.
• Ability to create, maintain and implement performance-based evaluation system that will support departmental and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to identify all possible stakeholders’ requirements applicable to the nature of organization's operation to come up with improved processes and procedures of the operations of the Departments/Units.
• Ability to generate genuine enthusiasm and momentum for organizational change. It involves engaging and enabling groups to understand, accept and commit to the change agenda by implementing and communicating changes within the department.
• Ability to identify needed training and/or developmental initiatives through competency gap analysis based on the company’s talent management framework.
• Ability to prepare warehouse management plan, and train subordinates about warehouse management based on the standard.
• Ability to monitor warehouse operations and purchase orders based on the standard operation procedures.
• Knowledge on the ideal warehouse management planning framework.
• Knowledge on ideal Warehouse Operations Procedure.
• Knowledge on management and leadership principles on the implementation of warehouse operations.
• Analytical thinking skills on adequate assessment of the needed requirements on warehouse management plan including preventive measures.
• Communication skills in coaching the Section/Group Heads on the Warehouse Management Planning.
• Oral and written communications skills.
• Coaching skills on how to maintain the order and cleanliness in warehouse.
• Openness to improvement if there is anything in the warehouse that needs further amendment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
