Warehouse Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Oversees logistics function of the warehouse to ensure supplies, stocks, materials, packages, and/or products are transported efficiently and safely.
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Responsible to maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse, structure, layout, and security.
• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews in resolving problems and identifying warehouse improvements.
• Moves inventory by scheduling and coordinating transfers with the related departments and stores.
• Delivers and monitors supplies to each departments and business units.
• Monitors closely all stocks requisition, internal and external
• Making sure all assets are received, stored, and dispatched properly. This includes proper tagging of assets and system inventory.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Should have at least 2-3 years relevant work experience from retail or food establishments handling supervisory position and focusing on warehousing operations.
• Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
• Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
• With thorough understanding of the overall retail supply chain
• Computer literate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
