Warehouse Manager

1. Warehouse & Inbound Operations

·      Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and inbound operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch preparation.

·      Establish operational standards, processes, and controls to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse operations.

·      Ensure proper warehouse layout, space utilization, product flow, and storage conditions.

·      Monitor operational performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

·      Ensure products are handled and stored in accordance with company standards and applicable requirements.

2. Inventory Management

·      Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

·      Establish appropriate inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical stock counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy management.

·      Monitor stock aging, slow-moving, damaged, and expired products and drive appropriate actions with relevant functions.

·      Identify inventory risks and implement controls to minimize stock loss, damage, and operational errors.

3. Logistics Management

·      Oversee outbound and delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate product fulfillment.

·      Manage and monitor logistics partners / 3PL performance against agreed KPIs and service levels.

·      Partner with Supply Chain and relevant functions to optimize delivery planning, service quality, and logistics costs.

·      Resolve escalated operational and delivery issues and drive corrective actions.

4. Warehouse Operations, Safety & Administration

·      Oversee overall warehouse operations, including manpower planning, work schedules, operational administration, and resource allocation.

·      Establish and maintain warehouse SOPs, work instructions, and operational standards.

·      Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, and regulatory requirements.

·      Identify operational and safety risks and ensure appropriate preventive and corrective actions are implemented.

·      Oversee warehouse documentation, system transactions, reporting, and operational records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

5. Team Leadership & People Management

·      Lead, manage, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational targets and service levels.

·      Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and objectives for the team.

·      Optimize manpower and resource allocation based on business requirements.

·      Coach and develop team members to strengthen operational capabilities and leadership pipeline.

·      Foster a high-performance, accountable, and safety-focused working culture.

6. Performance & Cost Management

·      Define and monitor key warehouse and logistics KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, service level, safety, and operating costs.

·      Analyze operational performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.

·      Manage warehouse operating costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.

·      Ensure warehouse capacity and resources are aligned with business needs and growth.

7. Process Improvement & Business Partnership

·      Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

·      Lead warehouse and logistics improvement projects, including process, system, and technology enhancements.

·      Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant functions to support business requirements.

·      Provide strategic input on warehouse and logistics capacity, processes, and operational planning to support business growth.

คุณวุฒิ (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and daily warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics operations.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with 3PL or external logistics providers is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
