Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, inward/outward movement, manpower, and timely dispatch of products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of paints to minimize damage.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, transporters, and dealers for timely deliveries.
• Manage warehouse staff, allocate duties, and monitor productivity.
• Handle returns, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain ERP/WMS records and prepare regular warehouse reports.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in paints.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
• Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
