Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This is a key management position responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity, accuracy, health & safety compliance, and customer service.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a proven ability to manage and develop warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily warehouse operations, including goods-in, and dispatch.
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, customer service.
• Manage warehouse resources, equipment, and space utilisation effectively.

Candidate Requirements Essential

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

• Forklift Truck Licence.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
• Experience within manufacturing.
