We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse, inventory and logistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch operations
• Ensure all warehouse activities follow company SOPs and operational standards
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflow and space utilization
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness and safety

Inventory Control

• Maintain high stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks
• Monitor stock movement, transfers, adjustments, damages and discrepancies
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all stock movements and documentation are recorded accurately and on time

Logistics & Driver Management

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules
• Arrange drivers, vehicles and delivery routes according to operational priorities
• Coordinate deliveries, stock transfers and replenishment to PISB outlets
• Monitor loading, delivery progress and completion
• Ensure proper delivery and stock transfer documentation
• Monitor vehicle usage and maintenance schedules
• Improve vehicle utilization and delivery efficiency
• Investigate delivery delays, shortages and damages

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including Storekeepers, Pickers, Warehouse Operators and Drivers
• Plan manpower allocation, duty rosters and daily workload
• Train team members on SOPs and operational procedures
• Manage staff discipline, productivity and performance

KPI & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Monitor warehouse and logistics performance
• Improve operational efficiency and turnaround time
• Reduce stock discrepancies, damages and wastage
• Identify operational problems and implement improvements
• Control warehouse and logistics operating costs

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
✓ Experience in supervising or leading a warehouse team is an advantage
✓ Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management
✓ Experience handling high-volume / high-SKU warehouse operations is preferred
✓ Experience in retail, wholesale or distribution warehouse operations is an advantage
✓ Able to plan and coordinate drivers, deliveries and logistics schedules
✓ Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
✓ Able to enforce SOPs, discipline and operational standards
✓ Hands-on, organized, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
