Job Summary
Lead and optimize daily logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and financial controls while ensuring safety compliance and developing warehouse teams to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and maximize warehouse space utilization
Drive adoption and effective use of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to maintain accurate inventory records
Conduct cycle counts and implement measures to improve stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies
Manage operational budgets by controlling costs and planning resource allocation to meet financial targets
Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety (WSH) standards, BizSafe levels, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and handling staff to enhance team performance and operational efficiency
