Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to run receiving, storage and distribution efficiently and accurately, keeping orders ready on time and inventory secure.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage inventory and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Organize and optimize storage space and product layout for faster fulfillment.
• Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment (Amazon, Noon, Shopify) and on-time handover to couriers.
• Manage, inspect and process returns.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and operations on inventory planning and replenishment.
• Lead the warehouse team, assign tasks and shifts, and evaluate performance.
• Enforce health and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Track KPIs (inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, error rate) and report regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse management, including at least 2 in a managerial role.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail warehousing is a strong plus.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and inventory methods (FIFO / FEFO).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Currently residing in the UAE, a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
