Warehouse Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory & Quality Control

• Oversee inventory accuracy across warehouse operations by conducting daily activity monitoring, routine cycle counts, and weekly stock counts.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods for quantity, quality, and condition to ensure full compliance with internal specifications.
• Enforce strict adherence to ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System) standards, ensuring complete documentation, accurate form completion, and proper color-coding of incoming inventory.

Warehouse Operations & Logistics Execution

• Plan, schedule, and execute order fulfillment and dispatch operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, maintaining strict physical inventory security, proper storage conditions, and optimal stock control.
• Lead new warehouse setup initiatives while identifying opportunities to optimize layouts, material flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Analytics, Cross-Functional Alignment & Leadership

• Prepare actionable analytical reports on stock turnover, slow-moving/idle inventory, storage costs, and transportation expenses to drive cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to align receiving schedules, stock levels, and order priorities.
• Provide team leadership by setting operational targets, promoting safety-conscious behaviors, and driving continuous workplace efficiency.
• Execute additional operational assignments and special projects as required by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in ISO 22000 or Quality Management Systems is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and end-to-end logistics management. (Prior experience in food safety/ISO-certified environments preferred).
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills, with a track record of setting clear operational standards, managing team performance, and enforcing workplace safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and external vendors.
• Strong organizational agility with high compliance standards, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of analyzing stock turnover, inventory costs, and operational metrics to drive continuous efficiency.
