Location: Chino, California

Annual salary: Up to $100,000; final compensation details to be confirmed.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics in Chino. You will manage a team of 1–2 employees, coordinate with external logistics providers, and build practical processes that keep goods moving accurately and efficiently.

This role requires spoken and written Chinese for regular communication with our China-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock checks and inventory reconciliation.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of 1–2 warehouse employees.

• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment issues with external logistics providers.

• Develop and implement warehouse and logistics procedures, including clear workflows and standard operating procedures.

• Communicate with the China-based team in spoken and written Chinese regarding inventory, shipments, documentation, and operational issues.

• Identify and resolve operational problems and improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory.

• Ability to coordinate with external logistics providers and resolve shipment issues.

• Ability to lead a small team and establish practical operating processes.

• Chinese communication skills sufficient for daily conversations and reading and writing business messages and operational documents.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
