Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Garage Headquarters is hiring a Warehouse Manager to own our warehouse operation from end to end. You'll be responsible for inventory, safety, fleet, and the team that keeps our installation and service crews supplied with garage doors, operators, dock equipment, and parts. Every day, the materials that leave this building on time and accurate show up as jobs our crews finish right.

This is not an office job. We need someone with a strong operations mindset who leads by example: out on the floor, working alongside the team, spotting problems before they slow anyone down, and building the systems that keep the warehouse running smoothly. What You'll Do

Run Daily Operations

• Lead daily receiving, storage, staging, loading, and distribution of garage doors, operators, dock equipment, hardware, and parts
• Schedule and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments so installation and service crews have what they need, when they need it
• Coordinate closely with installation, service, sales, and operations teams to keep jobs moving
• Get hands-on: work the floor alongside your team and handle materials whenever the work calls for it

Own Inventory

• Manage inventory levels and run regular cycle counts and reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and damaged materials
• Build and improve inventory control procedures and warehouse organization systems
• Order, receive, and track warehouse supplies and inventory materials

Drive a Culture of Safety

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, in line with company safety policies
• Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Make sure garage doors, operators, and dock equipment are handled and stored safely

Manage the Fleet

• Take ownership of the company fleet, including vehicle condition, maintenance scheduling, and day-to-day readiness
• Keep vehicles road-ready and reliable to support installation, service, and delivery operations

Lead the Team and Report Results

• Train, supervise, and develop warehouse staff and material handlers
• Track and report on inventory, productivity, workflow, and KPIs
• Give leadership weekly updates on safety, inventory, and performance

What You Bring

• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or a related field
• An operations mindset: you think in systems, workflow, and results, and you fix root causes instead of patching symptoms
• A track record of leading teams from the floor and earning respect by working alongside them
• Hands-on experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and a clean, organized operation
• Comfort with warehouse management systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Flexibility to work varied schedules when operations demand it

Nice to Have

• Experience in the garage door, construction, distribution, service, or industrial industries
• ServiceTitan experience
• Fleet management experience
• Additional training in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is an active, warehouse-based role. You'll spend most of your day on the floor, at the loading docks, and around delivery vehicles and equipment, sometimes in varying temperatures depending on the season. The role requires the ability to:

• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the day
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
