Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods.
• Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste across warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular audits and utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels effectively.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.
• Manage team performance through effective communication, training, and motivation to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline distribution center operations and ensure timely delivery of products.

Skills

• Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, and operations management.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials handling equipment operation including forklifts and heavy lifting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives such as lean management practices.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with proven team leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, OSHA safety standards, and materials handling regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
