About the role

Restorx is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our Brisbane warehouse operations and support equipment and logistics management across our Queensland network, including the Gold Coast, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Rockhampton, Townsville, and Cairns. This is not a desk-based role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys being organised, can hold staff accountable, and is happy to get stuck into the day-to-day running of a busy restoration business.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Brisbane warehouse and support stock control across all Queensland locations.
  • Oversee inventory levels of PPE, chemicals, consumables, and restoration supplies.
  • Manage and maintain our fleet of restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, air filtration devices, and moisture meters and related equipment.
  • Conduct equipment testing, tagging, servicing, and minor repairs.
  • Coordinate external repairs and warranty claims when required.
  • Manage company vehicle fleet, including servicing, registrations, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Ensure all vehicles remain fully stocked, clean, and operational.
  • Work closely with technicians and managers to ensure equipment accountability and stock accuracy.
  • Oversee customer contents storage, including inventory management, tracking, and warehouse organisation.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse systems, procedures, and reporting.

About you

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or operations management experience.
  • Strong organisational and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
  • Experience with testing and tagging, equipment maintenance, or mechanical aptitude would be highly regarded.
  • Comfortable holding staff accountable and driving standards.
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to solve problems and improve processes.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package.
  • Company vehicle.
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing Queensland operation.
  • Supportive management team.
  • Long-term career growth within a leading restoration business.
