A leading organisation in Pathum Thani is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of its warehouse network, including plant and outsourced facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, service excellence, and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimising material flow, and managing vendor selection processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will analyse industry trends, implement operational enhancements, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and professional development, fostering a collaborative and efficient warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute warehouse strategies to support operational excellence and long-term business objectives.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations across plant and outsourced facilities, ensuring efficient workflows and resource utilisation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through robust control processes, audits, and record management.
• Manage warehouse costs while maintaining high service levels and operational performance.
• Lead vendor selection and RFQ processes to secure cost-effective and reliable logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams by providing warehouse data and support for engineering, supply chain, maintenance, safety, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective corrective actions to minimise business disruption.
• Optimise material handling, storage, and movement processes to improve productivity and safety.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.
• Monitor industry trends, technology advancements, and distribution best practices to improve operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams through performance management, training, and employee development programs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of warehouse management experience, including proven leadership and managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle complex operational challenges effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions and regions.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of coaching, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
